Andrew Rich has made a few Pinot in his time but we find this rose to be in a class of its own. His 1999 rose of Pinot Noir shows a brilliantly deep rosey pink hue and all the pretty cherry/apple/jasmine aromas one could wish for. Dry and medium bodied, this is a rose with so much charm (It is from the Willamette Valley, after all) that it can be enjoyed year round with picnic or at fireside or as an apperitif. Only 1,000 cases produced.
